| Gain Real Restaurant Experience The Culinary Arts program at I-Tech is meant to show you a variety of key elements when working in a restaurant. One of the main aspects to help students along the way is I-Town Café. I-Town Café is part of the Culinary Arts program and is run by the Culinary Arts Class. With this café, the students learn how to operate a restaurant and learn how to deal with an actual working restaurant environment, as well as cooking a variety of foods. |
